Keep Your Email Addresses in Sync: MMSI & SkySlope
If your email address changes, it’s important to update it in both MMSI and SkySlope. When the addresses don’t match, it can create the appearance that your listings are missing in SkySlope — even though they are not actually gone. The new email address has created a second account in SkySlope instead of connecting to the one you already had.
Step 1: Update in SkySlope
Before making any changes in MMSI, first update your email address in SkySlope (within your profile settings).
Step 2: Update in MMSI
Once that’s done, log in to the MMSI Portal:
- Click the MMSI Portal icon on the Realcomp Dashboard.
- Click Edit in the upper right of the My Profile widget.
- On the Personal tab, update your email address.
- Click the green Update button to save.
Keeping these email addresses consistent will ensure your listings remain accessible and prevent unnecessary confusion.
