Keep Your Email Addresses in Sync Between SkySlope & MMSI
When updating your email address in Realcomp, please update your information in SkySlope BEFORE making any changes in MMSI. Updating MMSI first will result in the creation of a duplicate SkySlope account, which will prevent your forms from displaying correctly. By updating SkySlope first, you ensure continued synchronization and proper functionality between both platforms.
Step 1: Update in SkySlope
Before making any changes in MMSI, first update your email address in SkySlope (within your profile settings).
Step 2: Update in MMSI
Once that’s done, log in to the MMSI Portal:
- Click the MMSI Portal icon on the Realcomp Dashboard.
- Click Edit in the upper right of the My Profile widget.
- On the Personal tab, update your email address.
- Click the green Update button to save.
Keeping these email addresses consistent will ensure your listings remain accessible and prevent unnecessary confusion.
