5 Exciting Paragon Connect Enhancements You Don’t Want to Miss!

1. Main Navigation Update
The 'Membership' button has been renamed to 'Roster' to help clarify the purpose of this feature.

2. Large Photo Navigation
Last year, ICE launched an exciting photo gallery feature to make it easier for real estate professionals and their clients to view all listing photos in one convenient place. This gallery also included the ability to open full-size images, allowing users to see more details up close in a larger format. They have now taken this one step further! To enhance usability and save time, they have added navigation arrows to the full-size image viewer.

No more opening and closing individual photos—simply click through to explore every image seamlessly.

This feature is available in both Paragon Connect and Collaboration Center.

3. Pinch and Zoom Photos
ICE has enhanced the large photo gallery experience on laptops and desktop computers. You can now zoom and pan around photos using your mouse or trackpad, giving you even greater control and flexibility when viewing property details.

These enhancements are available across both Paragon Connect and Collaboration Center, delivering a seamless, powerful experience no matter how or where you access your listings!

4. “Notified” Label Added to Collaboration Center
Throughout the home-buying journey, prospective buyers receive several key updates—new matches, price changes, open houses, status updates, and more. Timing is everything when it comes to these events, as they often play a crucial role in making a buying decision.

To make it easier for buyers to track when these updates occurred, ICE has made a small but impactful improvement. Next to the update indicator, you’ll now see a clear label that says, 'Notified X days ago.' This simple change provides clarity and ensures buyers stay informed and confident every step of the way!

5. New Filters for PowerSearch
In a previous release, ICE introduced the game changing 'All' button to PowerSearch results. This feature not only lets you view the most relevant results instantly but also gives you the option to run a traditional property search for a broader range of listings.

Now, to make refining your results easier than ever, ICE has added a powerful new filter allowing you to narrow down your search by specific statuses and classes -- giving you complete control over your results.

And it gets even better, next to each status and class, you’ll see a count of listings that match those criteria, making it effortless to pinpoint exactly what you’re looking for. It is all about giving you the tools to find the perfect property faster and more efficiently!
