By reducing manual file handling, Photographer Access helps create a more efficient workflow while ensuring listing agents review and approve photos before they are attached to the listing.
A Simpler Photo Management Process
Photographer Access streamlines listing photo management through a simple three-step process:
- The listing agent generates access for the photographer.
- The photographer uploads images directly to the listing.
- The listing agent reviews and approves the photos.
This process eliminates the need to download, save, organize, and manually upload image files, helping reduce the administrative time associated with preparing a listing.
Review and Approval Remain with the Listing Agent
Photographer Access is designed to simplify collaboration while keeping the listing agent in control of the final photo selection.
Once images are uploaded, they appear in the For Review tab within the listing. Listing agents can review the uploaded photos and approve them individually or use the Accept All option to approve the entire batch.
This allows photographers to upload images directly to the listing while ensuring the listing agent reviews and approves photos before they are attached to the listing.
Optional AI-Powered Features
Photographer Access also includes optional AI-powered tools that can assist with listing preparation by:
- Identifying photo types
- Generating photo descriptions
- Suggesting listing features based on uploaded images
These tools can help reduce manual data entry associated with preparing listing photos and property features.
Getting Started
To provide photographer access:
- Open the listing in Listings Manager.
- Select Photographer Access.
- Enter the photographer's email address.
- Send the invitation.
The photographer will receive an access code that allows them to upload images directly to the listing. Once uploaded, the photos will appear in the For Review tab, where they can be reviewed and approved by the listing agent.
