Important Information for Assistants Scheduling Agent Showings (05/14/13)

Please note that when making a showing appointment for agents in your office, be sure to include the name of the agent who will be showing the property in the notes section of the appointment.


The showing agent’s information automatically displays in Showing Assist when the showing agent schedules the showing appointment. However, with assistant logins, this information must be entered into the notes section manually.
