Listing displays in the RCO3^® system have been modified to display a little differently than they did before last week. Specifically, the Square Footage fields have been re-arranged so that the Estimated Finished Above Grade field (Est Fin Abv Gr in example above) appears near the TOP of the grouping and the Estimated Total Finished field (Est Tot Finished in example above) appears at the BOTTOM.

Based on user feedback, the Realcomp Board of Governors approved modifying the display of square footage data throughout RCO3^® to have the most important field, when it comes to pricing and appraising property, appear FIRST in the list.

Additionally, the Estimated Total Finished field now displays at the bottom, since this field is automatically calculated by the system. The system generates the number based on the Finished Above Grade and Finished Lower square footage fields being added together.
