On Friday, November 21, 2014, Realcomp's Board of Governors approved a motion to reduce the amount of the

fourth payment of the legal fund assessment, from $51.00 to $35.00 per subscriber.

This reduction was made possible both by the cost saving measures (i.e. renegotiated agreements, etc.) realized by Realcomp over the last few months and an increase in Realcomp subscriptions/subscribers.

This revised amount for the fourth payment will appear on the first quarter-2015 invoices, which will be e-mailed out on or around December 1st.

Lastly, we will be sure to keep you advised of any adjustments that occur regarding the fifth and final payment.
