Showing Feedback Enables Agents to Collaborate

Leaving feedback on a listing may seem like a small thing, however, it is not. Agents rely on the feedback of other professional REALTORS^® and their clients to position their listings for a successful sale.

Use your iPad/iPhone/Smart phone and leave yourself a voice memo or make a few hand-written notes about the property, so you're prepared to funnel that feedback to the agent. Life is busy, the sooner you record the details, the sooner you will be able to provide this vital information to the listing agent.

Let the listing agent know about the particulars you and/or your buyers observed that may help with future showings. One example of how this feedback can help: If a listing agent receives several concerns that a list price is too high, this can encourage the seller to lower the price.
