While viewing any of the following listing reports (i.e. single line(s), thumbnail, summary, or hot sheets), you can access the Realist Neighborhood report by clicking the "N" icon. The Neighborhood report that gets generated is based on the zip code of the listing referenced.

Tip: If you know you want to access a Realist Neighborhood report for a given zip code, simply enter "Zip", space, and your desired zip code (i.e. "Zip 48009") into the speedbar (at the top of every screen in RCO3) to quickly access listings in that particular area.
