During the January 2015 Board meeting, the Realcomp Board of Governors authorized Realcomp to negotiate agreements directly with listing syndication portals for the display of MLS data and require them to operate under agreed upon syndication policies. Based on this direction, Realcomp will develop an interface for MLS participating Brokers to use to manage their listing syndication publisher choices. This will allow Realcomp to make arrangements with third party syndication portals/websites in the forefront, and hold them accountable to higher standards regarding the display of your listing content.
