Did You Know?: Detailed Reporting from Realtor.com is Available to Show You Listing Engagement

This past summer, Realtor.com launched the “Member Value Reporting” benefit for all MLS Subscribers. This new free benefit provides detailed reporting to Agents and Brokers on the display performance of your listings on Realtor.com. These newer reports are accessible through the Realtor.com Control Panel and offer the following:

Search Result Impressions: Subscribers will see exactly the number of times your listings have shown up in local search results on Realtor.com
Listing Page Views: Subscribers will see the number of times your listings have been viewed by buyers
Inquiries: Subscribers will see the number of times potential buyers have inquired about your listings

These reports display up to 12 months of data, with the ability to view activity on each individual listing in your inventory. There is also a report version available that you can send to your sellers via e-mail, as well as a Broker-version with all of your office’s listings.
