RCO3® Custom Header Update

An update to the Custom Header feature of RCO3^® was implemented recently and may be causing your header to display distorted. In order to correct this issue, you may need to re-upload your image (in 1200 x 85 pixel resolution).

Please Note: this is NOT referring to the photo of yourself that you may have uploaded. This change only affects the custom header image that appears behind your photo.

How to insert or change your custom header:
1. Login to RCO3^®
2. Select “My RCO” & then select “Settings”
3. At the top of the page under My Information, select “Header & Footer”
4. Next, select the option “Upload Custom Header/Footer Images”

5. Scroll to the bottom of this page and select “Upload Images”

6. Select the “Browse” option in order to upload your background image again. The required image size is 1200 x 85 pixels.

7. Select the background image from your computer and click “Open”
8. The image will display in the header above the Browse button
9. Click “Save”

To see a preview of the entire header with image, click the Information tab and then choose the Header & Footer tab.
