Realcomp's Mortgage Calculator Gets Enhanced

Based on customer feedback we’ve received since the initial launch, Realcomp has rolled out several enhancements to our Mortgage Calculator widget. These include:

1.   If the mortgage calculator is opened from a specific listing in RCO3®, the MLS Number and listing address will now appear on the calculator and on the printed report.

2.   Association Fees (HOA) are now calculated correctly based on the fee frequency entered in RCO3®. Monthly, annual, quarterly, and semi-annually are all supported.

3.   If the mortgage calculator is opened from a specific listing in RCO3® and the taxes on the listing are noted as Homestead = Yes, then an indicator displays next to the “Taxes” label saying the taxes are based on Homestead.

4.   A print button has been added to the calculator tab.
