Did you know that Realcomp provides a Showings Report, along with many other statistical snapshots that are generated by ShowingTime, which provides a high-level summary of showing activity documented through the ShowingTime service?
The Showing’s Report is available through the FastStats option in the ShowingTime Market Stats module.
MLS Subscribers currently have the ability to view monthly showing activity, based on showings scheduled through ShowingTime, for various county jurisdictions and a few other areas (shown below):
Not only can you see the number of showings that have occurred, but you can also see the showings per price range and averages per listings (also shown below).
This is a great report for Brokers and Agents to review at any time to quickly gage market interest in properties compared to last month and to last year.
To access the Showing Report, choose…
- ShowingTime Market Stats (from Realcomp’s login dashboard);
- FastStats (from the top menu bar);
- Showing Report (from the left-hand menu);
- Enter your Area – your County or other jurisdiction;
- Enter your Time Period – whichever month you desire; and
- View Report
