We're pleased to share that our Information Technology (IT) Department has been hard at work integrating specific SentriLock system features into the RCO3 MLS system! These improvements will allow MLS Subscribers to accomplish basic Electronic Lockbox (ELB) functions right from the RCO3 system, without users needing to login to the SentriLock website to accomplish these tasks. As of January 9, 2019, RCO3 will offer the following ELB integration features:

1) Listing Input will allow MLS Subscribers to Assign Sentrilock ELBs to your listings and Remove them also. Once your listing has been saved, you will be able to select "SentriLock" as the ELB type and the serial number of the box (from your actual inventory) you want to assign to the property. You will also have the ability to enter an ELB location (i.e. front door, garage door, etc.) to help convey this information to other REALTORS. The location description choices are RESO compliant and come directly from this standards organization. We've included some screen snippets for your reference below:

 

Important: Keep in mind, ELB data automatically flows from RCO3 to SentriLock through our network and is available there instantaneously. So, when you make ELB-related data updates to your listings on RCO3, you won't have to make them again in SentriLock! This will save you time and effort. Currently, the ELB data in SentriLock does NOT flow back to RCO3.

2) My RCO>My Listings with Lockboxes will allow you to quickly run a report of your listings that have SentriLock ELBs assigned to them. On the report, you will see Lockbox Serial #s and Lockbox Locations.

3) A link to Realcomp's Electronic Lockbox Central webpage (on our corporate website) has been added to the "Realcomp Links" section of the RCO3^® homepage. This makes Lockbox Central information quickly accessible to you through the MLS system.
