Why was the “Last Sold Price” added to the MLS listings in the August system upgrade? A: This information has not been added to the MLS system/RCO3®. However, this information is available through the public record data section of the system.
A question was asked about properties with Warranty and Quit Claim Deeds being available through the MLS. A: These were added to the Terms Offered section of the MLS system some time ago so sellers can properly convey this to potential buyers.
On Remine, how many times can a buyer or seller check their credit score? A: Not more than once in a 24-hour period. Since the credit score is shared with the consumer at the beginning of the “journey” with their agent when they receive the initial email in Engage to start the relationship, she/he should ask their agent to resend the invite email.
On Remine, is the credit check a soft or hard pull? A: It’s a soft pull, not affecting the person’s credit score.
Is Remine considering adding any other credit report options other than Equifax? A: Remine has no immediate plans to do this.
Can Realcomp remind MLS Subscribers accessing ELBs to turn on their location services? This should help to ensure that an end of showing notification is sent to the listing agent after the showing agent leaves the property. A: Yes – included in Realcomp’s MLS Tech Trends on October 15, 2019.
Can SentriLock include the address of the listing in the end of showing notification/text message? Right now, the ELB serial number is included, but the address would actually be more helpful. A: We will share that suggestion with SentriLock.
Can you tell SentriLock we think notifications should be sent to the listing agent when a box is opened and when it’s closed? Not, when the showing agent leaves the perimeter of the property or opens another box. This would solve a lot of issues related to the end of showing notifications not being sent to or received by the listing agent. A: We will share that suggestion with SentriLock.
Why do I have to pay an additional $5.00 per month for my licensed assistant to access my ELBs? A: If your assistant is a licensed agent and is already a Realcomp MLS Subscriber, all you need to do is add her to your team. There is no additional charge for you to do this.
Can you remind MLS Subscribers to press “Continue” once they have opened an ELB? If they just close their phone case without doing this, the “Key Missing” message can be inadvertently sent to the listing agent. A: Yes – included in Realcomp’s MLS Tech Trends on October 15, 2019.
Can you remind agents that the SentriKey app is for Realcomp/SentriLock agents to use with the ELBs and that the SentriConnect app is for non-Realcomp REALTORS® (i.e. agents from other MLSs [NOT using SentriLock ELBs], contractors, etc.)? Also, will you include the download links for these in the reminder. A: Yes – included in Realcomp’s MLS Tech Trends on October 15, 2019.
What should an agent do if they find there is no key in the ELB? A: Contact the listing agent/listing office.
Will Realcomp consider creating a private Facebook group for Realcomp REALTORS® to use to share their “Coming Soon” listings with each other? A: We will take a look at this.
