Do you have a seller with very specific possession requirements? If so, use the “See Remarks” possession option in order to clarify this information on your listing.

For example, if your seller is willing to vacate the property 7 days from closing, you can denote this on the listing using two (2) possession look-up values; 1) "Close Plus 6-15 Days" and 2) "See Remarks". Additionally, in the remarks, be sure to clarify the exact number of days your seller wants specified: “Seller requires 7 days from closing in order to vacate property”.

For buyers who are looking for an exact time frame a property will be available, always check the possession look-up values assigned to listings and be sure to reference the remarks fields.
