How to Make Opening Sentrilock Electronic Lockboxes (ELBs) Seamless for Other REALTORS®?
Using the SentriLock Electronic Lockboxes on your listings in today’s fast-paced market can mean seamless access for showing agents and accurate reporting for you with our “How to Show” tip sheets!
Realcomp recommends that you provide our newly updated “How to Show” instruction sheet (PDF) to all showing agents who have been approved or granted access to your lockboxes.
To do this, just include the following link in the Agent Remarks or ShowingTime instructions of your listings and/or in the follow-up emails you send regarding showings:
Sometime soon, this URL will automatically display on all listings that have a SenriLock® lockbox assigned to them. We will be sure to let you know when this becomes available!
The tip sheet includes two sets of instructions; page 1 is for Realcomp REALTORS® and page 2 is for Non-Realcomp REALTORS®.
The Realcomp REALTOR® instructions (pg. 1) include how the showing agent gets activated and setup with a Sentrilock® account and the SentriKey® app, a reminder to open their app (which updates it and validates their credentials) before heading out to the listing, and the few short steps for opening the box.
The Non-Realcomp REALTOR® instructions include how the showing agent gets activated and setup with the SentriConnect® app and the few short steps for opening the box once you have granted their access to it (which you do through your SentriKey® app or the SentriLock® website).
Lastly, the tip sheet also includes some updated video links that can be helpful too.
