Zillow No Longer to Display Rentals from MLS Feeds in January

As you may have heard, Zillow has decided to no longer use MLS feeds for rental listings starting in January 2021. All rental listings will need to be published through the Zillow Rental Manager. Realcomp continues to offer syndication to Homes.com, Homesnap.com, Realtor.com, MoveInMichigan.com (Realcomp’s public search site), and IDX websites (that choose to publish rental listings). To ensure your listings (including rentals) are being syndicated to the afore mentioned websites, please verify this with your Designated REALTOR®/Managing Broker. They authorize and control listing syndication settings for your entire office through settings on Realcomp’s corporate website (Realcomp.MoveInMichigan.com).
