Product of the Month: ShowingTime LIVE and How to Host a Virtual Showing Using Live
This month, we highlight the ShowingTime LIVE product, which was originally launched in the Realcomp market in June 2020. As long as social distancing continues, ShowingTime Live continues to be a great way to show a property remotely, in a live environment -- for you, your buyers, and the sellers.
ShowingTime LIVE equips agents and their clients with the ability to take part in virtual showings in real-time for an authentic showing experience.
Additional Benefits Include:
- Conduct virtual showings in real-time for your buyers using your smart device and the ShowingTime app.
- Continue to schedule your showing appointments in ShowingTime - no need to change your scheduling routine.
- Add your buyer(s) to the appointment in ShowingTime so they can join you virtually for the showing – everyone using one common platform based on the scheduled appointment.
- Buyers participate in the showing from the comfort of their homes.
- Buyer’s Agents assist their buyers in viewing the properties interactively without buyers having to walk through the properties.
- Buyer’s Agents maintain complete control over the participant settings for the showing.
- Avoid attendee overlap. Each showing has a dedicated meeting link which participants use at the date & time of the appointment. No need to worry about anyone else joining your ShowingTime LIVE showing too early, or about the showing running longer than expected.
- For the Listing Agent, limit all showings to the Virtual option if your sellers do not want any in-person showings to occur.
