Based on recommendations made by your 2020 Realcomp MLS User Committee, Realcomp has created a new Architecture Styles catalog that may help you in accurately determining the architecture style of a home.

The document is image-based and contains over 50 different architecture style photos (listed in alphabetical order) and hyperlinks which lead to Realcomp’s definitions for the architecture styles maintained in Realcomp.

It should serve as a helpful resource when listing properties that have architecture styles you are not yet familiar with. Either access it through the following link or via the Help section of the RCO3® MLS system: https://realcomp.moveinmichigan.com/Portals/0/Support/Realcomp%20Architecture%20Selection.pdf.

Additionally, you will be able to access the catalog when you are loading a listing or performing a search by clicking the “?” icon next to the Architecture Style box.
