Realcomp’s Board of Governors approved a motion during their June meeting to approve a recommendation from the MLS User Committee regarding Realcomp’s Primary Photo policy.

The recommendation was to allow MLS subscribers to use an aerial or wide-angle photo in the primary photo position of any and all listings, as long as the MLS photo album for the listing also includes a front exterior elevation photo.

As such, Realcomp plans to update its MLS Policies document to reflect this policy revision. In the meantime, please know aerial and/or wide-angle photos are now accepted for the primary photo position on all listings published in Realcomp. Just remember to include a front exterior elevation photo also in the MLS photo file for the listing.
