By Popular Request: Realcomp to Release New Products and Innovations!
Based on feedback by our subscribers, Realcomp is hard at work planning the launch of 3 NEW products for Realcomp REALTORS!
They include:
- RCO 360—an optional add-on to RCO3® and will allow you to search both MLS property listings and Realist public records at the same time! RCO 360 also has the ability to create a CMA using both on and off-MLS sales.
- Paragon—will be offered as a second MLS system and will run side-by-side in parallel to RCO3®. The addition of this 2nd system will give MLS Subscribers a choice in the MLS system they use to accomplish core MLS functions.
- OneHome—an exciting NEW product that will update and innovate the current client portal used by Realcomp subscribers to communicate with clients and keep them in-the-know regarding listings. In addition to the advanced interface, OneHome gives you the ability to text MLS updates to your clients
These are just a few of the innovations coming to Realcomp over the next few months. These products and updates are now possible due to the database and app-related infrastructure changes we have made at Realcomp over the last 2 years.
