With beta testing scheduled to begin next week, the first new product release will be RCO360®. RCO360®is a new search option that allows you to search across both MLS and Realist® databases simultaneously. The result is a truly property-centric search that gives you a 360-degree view of properties in the market.

MLS-Touch Mobile App
MLS Touch is a mobile app that provides the tools you need to stay connected to vital listing data, tax data, and client activities while you're on the go. MLS-Touch beta testing is coming soon.
Search by map, MLS number, or add additional filters, all within the app. In addition, you can instantly share new information with your clients, find other agents, and manage your contacts.
With MLS-Touch, you can quickly access all your MLS listings directly from your internet connected smartphone or tablet. Additional functions include:
- The app will sync your full list of contacts & clients’ portal activity between RCO3 and MLS-Touch for simple sharing and searching.
- Quickly search for Open Houses.
- Look up details of a property by using integrated Realist Tax data.
- Create your own MLS Touch Saved Searches.
- Easy Stats from your Search results.
- Generate and filter Hotsheets by Property Types to narrow your search results.
- Stay up to date by toggling between different numbers of days for the latest Hotsheet information.
- Quickly search for comparables to determine real-time value of a property.
