SentriLock Lockbox Operating System Requirements

Please be aware of the following guidelines for successful use of the SentriLock lockbox. From the SentriLock website:

Minimum Supported
• Apple iOS 13
• Android 10

We recommend the using the most current operating system version for your device and enabling auto updates on the application in your App Store to ensure you are on the most recent version of our app. The SentriKey® Real Estate Mobile App is not compatible with Windows Mobile or Blackberry operating systems.

Bluetooth® connectivity requires a Bluetooth® Low Energy compatible device plus the supported operating systems referenced above.

Web Minimum Supported
PC/Operating System: We recommend the most recent version of Windows or OS.
Web Browser: We recommend using the latest Microsoft, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browser for the best user experience.
Connectivity: Internet access.

Note: Certain firewall systems and network configurations can prevent communication with the SentriLock system. Reconfiguration of services or network settings may be necessary on the users end.

To identify which Android version you have:
1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Near the bottom, tap About phone. Android version.
3. Find your "Android version," "Android security update," and "Build number."

To identify which version of iOS you have on Apple Devices:
1. Go to your iPad or iPhone's home screen, then touch the "Settings" icon.
2. From there, select "General."
3. Next, tap "About." You'll see all of the information about your device, including the version of your iOS device.
