In order to give MLS Subscribers ample time to adjust to the new requirement of providing bathroom and lavatory dimensions to Realcomp on new and changed listings, Realcomp will be relaxing this requirement for the next 90+ days. The requirement to begin providing these room dimensions will begin again as of Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

If you have the bathroom/lavatory dimensions for your listings and want to provide them to Realcomp between now and April 1, 2014, please feel free to do so.

Additionally, the room level description (i.e. lower, entry, upper) information for bathrooms/lavatories will continue to be required for entry - even during this adjustment phase.
