So, your client has just asked you how much traffic you are generating for their listing based on your marketing efforts. Be sure to include the MLS-related activity, including the number of client portals that have received your listing, the number of times the listing was viewed within these portals, the number of clients who have "favorited" the listing, the number of times the listing has been marked as a "possibility", the number of times the listing has been viewed through RCO3-related IDX feeds, and more!
Although some of these numbers may be small compared to your overall Internet traffic counts, in most cases, they represent consumers who are actively working with other REALTORS® to find a home.
