Public Record Data (PRD) Updates

Our Public Record Data (PRD) services are unmatched by any other MLS in Michigan – so says user feedback. In early 2015, Realcomp conducted a user-wide survey to gauge satisfaction levels on our products and services. Survey respondents ranked our PRD coverage as 9.21 our of 10 and PRD content, quality, and timeliness as 8.66 out of 10. As with any product or service we deliver, we know there is always room to improve. If you participated in this survey, THANK YOU. Please know we’ll be conducting more surveys throughout the year.

Right now, our IT Department is working to complete the 2014 winter tax season. Additionally, we’ve received PRD for the Upper Peninsula and expect to make this available on RCO3® sometime within the next month, making statewide PRD access a reality for Realcomp REALTORS^® through our in-house PRD product! Summer tax data should start arriving at Realcomp in August and we will begin to process it immediately, being true to our tagline “data-driven, results focused”.
