Realcomp Upgrading to a New MLS Participation and Billing System – How this May Affect You…

Realcomp has begun to transition to a brand-new MLS participation and billing system called MMSI. The new system is expected to help Realcomp improve the services we provide to you regarding MLS participation and billing-related functions and features.

As of Friday of last week, we began moving all MLS participation and billing-related data and functions over to the new MMSI platform. This work and all necessary testing are expected to take several days. Until it is completed, you will not be able to access Realcomp’s online bill-pay functions.

As of this week, Realcomp has deactivated the "Agent Settings" and "Broker > Office Settings" functions on our corporate website, which normally allow individuals and offices to update specific fields of contact information in the MLS system. As soon as the new system is up and running, these functions on our corporate website will be reactivated. If you have any updates that need to be made in Realcomp's system(s), please plan to use these corp. site functions as of next week.

Modules of the new system will be up and running at different times throughout the week, so please watch for additional announcements to come. Until we are fully functional, please also expect some delays in bill payment processing and MLS activation turn-around times.

We will keep you updated regarding our progress with this implementation. Thank you in advance for your patience regarding this important matter.
