In addition, when your client logs in they also see a snapshot of the homes they have viewed, liked, and recently commented on. The newly redesigned user interface keeps both you and your client on the same page, so you can work better together.
Faster Stream creation: With NEW Cloud Streams, you can set your clients up with listing alerts in seconds! Simply type the desired location(s) into Cloud Streams to instantly launch a map with the available homes in that area. You have the option to send or further refine by specific criteria (number of beds/baths).
Fastest alerts in the industry: In a hot market or have a motivated buyer? The NEW Cloud Streams sends alerts moments after matching properties that fit your client’s criteria after being entered into the MLS. With NEW Cloud Streams, alerts are sent out BEFORE Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and Redfin.
