Using the SentriSmart App, along with your Realcomp-SentriLock login credentials, is one of the easiest and most important steps you can take to prepare yourself for accessing the Realcomp Electronic Lockboxes that have been assigned to properties you are planning to show.
Did you know? … relying on ONE day codes for your access is FAR FROM IDEAL! This requires the listing office or listing agent to take time out of their busy schedules to provide this special access to you. With multiple showings a day being scheduled on properties, the generation of these code is very disruptive to the listing office or listing agent.
Once your showing has been approved, having the SentriSmart app (along with your login credentials) is all you need to access the listing.
STOP now, download the SentriSmart App, and activate your account today! Once you’ve done this opening these boxes will become second nature to you. You’ll be accessing boxes for future showings with ease!
