Exciting news! We are pleased to share that Realcomp and its continuing Shareholder Boards & Associations are working (individually) on creating and adding new real estate forms to our online forms libraries.

Realcomp expects to add updated forms to the Realcomp folder over the next couple of weeks. Some of our Shareholders have already begun adding new forms to their folders. All of these forms will be available to all Realcomp MLS Subscribers through Docs+, just as they have been in the past.

We encourage you to take a moment to explore and review our continuing Shareholder Boards & Associations' Docs+ folders periodically to see what is available. You might discover a form or multiple forms that you'd like to replace older forms with.

Kindly note, if your broker and/or office manager requires approval on your use of forms, it's important for you to consult with them first before adopting them.
