Realcomp has been made aware that the RateMyAgent basic service has been revised (effective as of October 30th). Realcomp has made the basic version of the program available to Realcomp Subscribers through our dashboard and provides RateMyAgent with a listing data feed for agents who sign up for the service.

The basic service provides an Agent Profile/Landing Page for customer reviews collected by the agent. It also allows the agent to import and/or manually add reviews from other platforms and offers some SEO benefits. Under the recent revisions though, it no longer enables agents to request new reviews or share reviews to their social media accounts. Now, an upgrade to the chargeable Pro version is necessary to access these features, along with others. See RateMyAgent comparison grid for more info.
