Confused about a Recent Email from SentriLock Inviting You to Activate An Account?
Over the last few days, you may have received emails from SentriLock inaccurately stating that Realcomp is leaving SentriLock. This information is FALSE. Nothing could be further from the truth. Realcomp made a significant investment in the SentriLock lockboxes and system in 2018 and plans to continue using them over the next several years. (We do not know why this inaccurate information was disseminated by SentriLock and are investigating how and why this happened).
Additionally, another SentriLock email invited you to activate your SentrILock account. If you are staying with Realcomp into 2024, you already have a SentriLock account, and you DO NOT NEED TO ACTIVATE another one.
Realcomp has all the necessary reciprocal agreements in place to provide you with the access that you need.
If you have already activated a second SentriLock account, there is no need for concern. We have verified that this will not cause any issues with your Realcomp-sponsored SentriLock account. You can continue to log in as usual without any interruptions.
