RCO3 ® /Realist Workflow Upgrade

The workflow of the Realist (RL) link, which appears on listings in the RCO3® system, has been enhanced to bring users to the Full Report page in Realist. The Realist Full Report displays all available property information in a modern interactive format (i.e., property details, sell score indicator, RealAVM, etc.) and one-click access to additional options, including: comparables, neighborhood profile, neighbors, assessor map, flood map, hazard and risk report (chargeable).
