Ann Arbor Changing Listing and ID Numbers at End of Month

Towards the end of November, the Ann Arbor Area MLS plans to transition to a new scheme of MLS numbers for their listings and ID numbers for their MLS Subscribers and offices. As a result, all their listing records will be revamped with this new information (and still starting with the digits “54”). Additionally, their agent and office membership records will also undergo updates.

We wanted to notify you of these changes in advance and potentially, a few minutes of “organized chaos”. Please know Realcomp’s IT Dept. is working hard to minimize that possibility and make the data updates in our systems as seamless as possible. For instance, if you or your clients have Ann Arbor listings saved in listing carts, searches, auto emails, etc., they will continue to appear there and with the new MLS numbers and IDs. We will be sure to keep you posted on any and all applicable updates.
