Who/What is Realcomp?
Realcomp II Ltd. is proud to be Michigan’s largest Multiple Listing Service delivering cutting-edge, real-time MLS data services, support, & training to the real estate industry.


Highlights:

 Realcomp is owned by eight (8) Boards/Associations of REALTORS®.

Realcomp provides Multiple Listing Services to more than 13,300 REALTORS® affiliated with more than 2,200 offices across Michigan.

All subscribers are the REALTOR® members/participants of our owner Boards/Associations.

Realcomp shares MLS data with more MLS organizations than any other in Michigan.

Realcomp II Ltd. was developed in 1994. The first Realcomp was developed in 1983.

What distinguishes Realcomp from its owner Boards and Associations of REALTORS® (AKA Realcomp’s Shareholders)?
Whereas Realcomp provides Multiple Listing Services and ancillary real property data-related products and services, our Shareholders provide REALTOR®-related membership and professional development services.

REALTOR® Marketing Products

Realcomp was originally developed for the purpose of providing the members of its Shareholders with accurate and reliable listing and data-related services. The Shareholders own stock in Realcomp and appoint representatives to the Realcomp Board of Governors. Each Shareholder select or elect two (2) REALTOR® members to serve on the Realcomp Board for specific terms. The Realcomp Board of Governors establish direction for the Realcomp Corporation, while operating in the best interest of its MLS Subscribers and the corporation itself.

The Realcomp Board of Governors convene on a monthly basis to conduct MLS and data-related business. These Governors respectfully report to the Shareholder Boards/Associations that selected/elected them.
