That’s right. Any changes made to Realcomp-sourced listings on and through the Zillow website interrupt the listing update process. In a nutshell, this action prevents any MLS updates for those listings from being communicated to the Zillow.com website. To ensure that all appropriate MLS updates continue to be sent to the site, always be sure to make your listing changes in Realcomp. These will then automatically transmit to Zillow and appear on the site within 24-hours. You may want to share this information with your sellers so they communicate any listing changes they would like to see to you for entry into Realcomp.
