MLS Logins are provided to each individual subscriber exclusively. For MLS security purposes, it is important to NOT share your Login Name and/or Password with any other person. Unauthorized sharing of your login credentials is a chargeable MLS offense.

Realcomp offers unique logins for office assistants and personal assistants too. If you or your office have a need to provide an assistant with access to the MLS, you should apply for this access by completing the necessary application. More information about both of these access types is available from Realcomp's corporate website (Realcomp.MoveInMichigan.com) under the "Links" section. Lastly, we often hear from brokers that they want their office assistants to be able to access their speed bar shortcuts, customized grid reports, and other important features of RCO3®. Any Realcomp MLS Subscriber can give another Realcomp MLS Subscriber access to these items through the system by creating a Team and adding them to it. Brokers can do this with their assistants, agents can do this with other agents and/or assistants, etc.

Establishing a “team” enables you to give others access to your shortcuts, reports, contacts, auto emails, CMAs, etc. without sharing your private login name and password with them. Go here to access our Team Tip Sheet for more information.
