We recently announced that we have partnered with ShowingTime to provide you with elegant and easy-to-use stats in a new suite of market reports and interactive tools called MarketStats, including InfoSparks, FastStats, Local Market Updates and Monthly Indicators. These products will go a long way toward a broader understanding of the prevailing trends in our local housing market.

You can access these tools through the MarketStats icon, which appears on the Realcomp Login Dashboard and also on many listing reports.

USE THE TOOLS
InfoSparks combines local geography with customizable housing variables, timeframes and market metrics in order to quickly analyze and share trend data in a clean, intuitive interface.
Local Market Updates are monthly, one-page market reports for more than 500 pre-defined geographic areas in the region covering nine key housing metrics for residential and condominium properties.
Monthly Indicators is a monthly, market-wide report that covers each of the key metrics in further depth with written analysis, overview pages for residential and condominium properties, and historical trends for each metric.
SortStats sorts geographies based on several metrics, allowing you to isolate markets of new interest or growth, perform creative forecasting and make speedy assessments in a low-frills tool that's ready for immediate use. This function is available from this link on our corporate website.
Foreclosure Report gives a full report on an important market segment spelled out in rich detail.
Marketwatch Report shows details about your market by county and by ZIP code within each county.
Regional Data Sheet provides many numbers in one simple place, allowing you to keep track of historical data or summarize key metrics.
FastStats is a tidy, map-based interface that displays Local Market Updates, Monthly Indicators, Foreclosure Reports, Marketwatch Reports and Regional Data Sheets. Simply select from a drop-down menu or from a map of the local region, and there will be a report waiting for you!
