That’s right … Franklin Village is separate and distinct from Bingham Farms Village in the MLS system.

Whether you are searching using the MLS Area criteria (i.e. 02241, 02245) …

Or, you’re searching on the City field criteria (i.e. Bingham Farms Vlg, Franklin Vlg) …

Or, you’re performing a Map search (and drawing a polygon over a desired region) …

it’s important that you include both of these areas in your search to locate listings in EITHER area.

Selecting both in your area criteria will help you to yield the correct search results.
