Are You Tech-Ready for Electronic Lockboxes?

In order to seamlessly access the new SentriLock Electronic Lockboxes (ELBs) that Realcomp is launching in December of this year, you will need to have a Smart phone or device. The new ELBs use Bluetooth technology, so your phone or tablet needs to be Bluetooth-compatible to be able to talk to the lockboxes. Need to get ready?

Here is how you can do this:

1. Verify that you are using a Smart device like an iPhone, iPad, or Android phone or tablet.
Requirements to Use the SentriSmart Mobile App:
<< Apple iOS 7 or higher
<< Android 6 or higher
<< Data plan
<< Bluetooth 4.0
 --- Neither Windows or Blackberry devices are compatible ---
** If you do not yet have one of these devices, NOW is the perfect time to upgrade! **

2. Download the SentriSmart app from the appropriate app store onto your device, which will allow you to interface (via Bluetooth) with the ELBs that will be placed on listings in the Realcomp market area.

3. Register to attend a training/distribution session--being held in December at three (3) different locations. If you have not yet received a registration email from SentriLock, please call their support number at 877.433.6998 and register by phone.
