This can be the result of the following:
- Your online session has timed out between clicks.
- History and website data were cleared when working on RCO.
- Multiple sessions are running on RCO3.
You can do the following to avoid receiving the error in each of the browsers:
On Chrome and Internet Explorer 11:
- From the active RCO3 tab, right click on the tab.
- Left click on duplicate tab.
- This will create a second RCO3 tab without requesting another session cookie and preventing the above timeout error.
On Firefox:
- From the active RCO3 tab, hold down CTRL and drag the active RCO3 tab to a new Firefox tab.
- This will create a duplicate RCO3 tab in Firefox without requesting another session cookie. Thus preventing the timeout URL error to occur prematurely.
- If you hold down CTRL and drag the tab out (away from another tab) this will open a new window.
