CUSTOMER CARE TIP: Are you getting a “URL is Old” Message?

This can be the result of the following:

  1. Your online session has timed out between clicks.
  2. History and website data were cleared when working on RCO.
  3. Multiple sessions are running on RCO3.

You can do the following to avoid receiving the error in each of the browsers:

On Chrome and Internet Explorer 11:

  1. From the active RCO3 tab, right click on the tab.
  2. Left click on duplicate tab.
  3. This will create a second RCO3 tab without requesting another session cookie and preventing the above timeout error.

On Firefox:

  1. From the active RCO3 tab, hold down CTRL and drag the active RCO3 tab to a new Firefox tab.
  2. This will create a duplicate RCO3 tab in Firefox without requesting another session cookie. Thus preventing the timeout URL error to occur prematurely.
  3. If you hold down CTRL and drag the tab out (away from another tab) this will open a new window.
