MarketStats Sortable Statistics – Another Value-Added Tool Available to Realcomp REALTORS®!

 

This statistical report is updated each month and allows you to view the following statistics by county, board jurisdiction, and/or CVT:

  • Closed Sales for the Month, 1-Year Change
  • Pending Sales for the Month, 1-Year Change
  • Median Sale Price, 1-Year Change
  • Inventory and 1-Year Change

As the name suggests, MarketStats Sortable Stats columns are sortable. Allowing you to sort the report to find the areas with the most sales for the month, the highest increase/decrease (year-over-year), the most pending sales, the highest increase/decrease (year-over-year), etc.

Interested in which areas have the highest inventory of available homes? MarketStats Sortable reports will quickly provide the answer and more!

Overall, MarketStats Sortable report is a great tool to utilize to quickly and simply monitor market activity. To access MarketStats Sortable reports (shown on screen shot below), login to Realcomp’s corporate website and choose the “Services & Support” and “Statistics” menu items.
