New & Improved Cloud CMA User Interface Available to Realcomp REALTORS

 

The next generation of the Cloud CMA program is now available to Realcomp REALTORS®. This includes the first full redesign of W&R Studio’s flagship product, with which you are likely to feel “instantly familiar”. The new version includes these user interface improvements:

  • A more intuitive user interface (matching those of the newer Cloud products [i.e. Cloud MLX, Cloud Streams, etc.]) that streamlines product use and enables MLS Subscribers to create CMA reports faster;
  • The interactive CMAs and Buyer Tours are now placed front and center in the application. These reports can now be shown from any device like your iPad, tablet, laptop, or even Apple TV;
  • Just click “Play Slideshow” (option shown below) to instantly launch the interactive report view;
  • The Slideshow view (shown below) allows you and your clients to swipe through listing photos and even leave comments about specific properties;
  • Selecting Comps: A larger map (shown below) to better preview listings [with photos] and the ability to add or remove listings for your CMA report;
  • Adding Comps: The ability to manually add in listings that aren’t on the MLS, like FSBOs;
  • The ability to pull in some fields of tax data;
  • Report Themes: A new “Modern” report themes option, which includes updated page layouts, branding, and typography so that information is easier for your clients and prospects to understand;
  • Updated report pages and new pages (i.e. “Explaining Listing Syndication” and “Instant Offers and iBuyer”); and
  • The "Classic” version of the program was retired on 1/2/19 and is no longer accessible.

Office Assistant Access

Realcomp offers complimentary Office Assistant access based on the number of MLS Subscribers in an office.

Q: How long are CMAs kept on RCO3?

Recently, Realcomp increased the length of time that CMAs are saved in RCO3. CMAs will now be kept for one full year after their last modification date on RCO3. Please note, making any modification resets the counter.
