Showing Agents: When running early or late to showings, please be sure to notify the listing agent so he/she can in turn notify the seller about the time change which is easily accomplished via phone call or text and the ShowingTime™ app.
Showing Agents: Always knock on the door of the listing you are showing, even if it appears that no one is home. Knocking before entering is always a good practice.
Listing Agents: Educate your sellers that showing agents often schedule back-to-back appointments for buyers to see properties which can easily end earlier or later than originally anticipated. These appointments can throw off the rest of the showing appointments scheduled for that day. If possible, ask your sellers to be as flexible as possible when accommodating showings.
Listing Agents: When your sellers cannot be flexible with showing appointment start and end times, please be sure to communicate this to showing agents so they know this in advance. “Please be on time. Seller will not permit early or late showings” can always be entered into the Agent Remarks of your listing also when this is the case.
