New User Fee as of September 1st, 2018 Based on Expansion of Products and Services

Dear Realcomp Subscriber,

For more than 24 years, Realcomp II Ltd. has remained dedicated to its core mission of providing you, our customer, with the most up-to-date real estate information through state-of-the-art delivery tools and platforms. Ensuring that, in turn, your clients are served, and your business is maximized to the fullest. We are heartened by your trust and strengthened by our collaborations based on shared goals and objectives.

On September 1st you will be receiving your 4th quarter invoice that will indicate a $3 per month increase in fees. In the next several weeks you will be learning more about a range of new and innovative real estate technologies Realcomp is introducing to ensure our organization remains among the top MLSs in the country aimed at your success. They include:

  • HomeSnap: New broker public portal and national home search platform
  • LionDesk: New customer relationship management (CRM) tool
  • MMSI: New streamlined payment system
  • Remine: A real estate intelligence platform offering exclusive access to new bulk public record data, predictive analytics, and more
  • SentriLock: New app-driven Bluetooth lockbox system

Please see the attached document for more details on these new platforms. As always, Realcomp will continue to provide the seven-days-a-week live Customer Care Support that we know is vital to subscribers.

The rate increase comes after much thoughtful debate, deliberation and examination by our Board of Governors and shareholders who felt strongly that in light of the substantial suite of new technologies and services being made available to subscribers in recent days, weeks and months, it was most wise and fiscally responsible to move in this direction. I would note that, last year, when we experienced a financial surplus, Realcomp provided funds back to its customers. We subscribe to a philosophy of shared rewards and sacrifices and will continue to do so in the future.

We hope you will join us in our great anticipation of implementing all of these new tools and offerings. They will serve us all greatly in addressing where the industry is today and where it is going. We look forward to getting there with you.
