Remine Updates

The product team at Remine have been “busy bees” and are excited about the following newer integrated features: Remine Mobile, Chat, ShowingTime and more! All features listed below were released by Remine fairly recently and may be functions you’ve been waiting for!

Remine Mobile

Remine Mobile is now available for download from the App Store and Google Play Store. You will need your MLS email and Agent ID to complete registration. The Mobile User Guide will provide details on how to get started and use all of the new functions.

Chat on Mobile and Desktop

With Remine’s built-in Chat feature, agents can connect with any other agent in their MLS with just a click of a button. This feature will flow easily between the new Mobile experience and Desktop experience. Chat is accessible throughout Mobile and Desktop to include the Property Details Page, Agent Details Page, Navigation Bar and more. If an agent starts a Chat with another agent who has not activated their Remine account, the non-activated agent will receive an email asking them to log into Remine in order to view the message.

ShowingTime

Realcomp REALTORS^® can now access the ShowingTime™ application directly from Remine. The Property Details Page of active listings will display the ShowingTime™ icon at the top, and will redirect users to that application where the agent can schedule a showing.

In Other News....

In an effort to continue bringing exceptional value and ease of use to Remine, the company has implemented several performance upgrades, including:

Improved Distressed filter on Discover with updated pre-foreclosure document types;
Added more neighborhoods to boundaries;
Fixed zip code boundaries that were incorrect;
Track enhancements now includes better filtering, sorting capabilities and information displayed when viewing a person contact card on the Property Details page;
Added searchable neighborhoods to the Property Details page under "Key Stats";
School data now includes type, grades, student to teacher (S:T) ratio, and date information was last updated by their data provider; and
Office Details page now includes office stats.
