We have great news for Realcomp MLS Subscribers! As of early this morning, Realcomp’s Remine product has been upgraded to the new Remine Agent Pro Platform, which includes a brand new streamlined user interface and all Remine Pro features at no additional cost to Realcomp REALTORS^®.

Now you can increase your visibility to consumers and increase efficiency in transactions with Remine’s simplified digital workflows.

If you haven’t done so already, begin to engage your clients through the following steps:

1. Download the Remine Mobile app.
2. Invite your contacts to Remine with one click instantly from the mobile app.
3. Provide clients with a credit report (at no-cost), StepOne of their digital real estate journey.

Remine’s new user interface (UI) functionalities include:

• Remine.com integration: Create your own public-facing portal which is a non-chargeable lead capture system. To participate, all you have to do is activate your Remine account and invite your contacts. The more invitations you send, the more visible you are to future clients.
• StepOne: This provides the ability to send your clients a credit report (at no-cost) from Equifax as part of the stored search process.
• Advanced Search: The industry’s most advanced search of full MLS and public record data. This is similar to the traditional search of current MLS systems, but with the combination of nationwide public record data.
• Carts: Share specific properties or groups of properties with clients and receive quick and easy feedback.
• Contacts: A central place to keep all your contacts with an easy 1-click upload from your phone.
• Docs: You now have a place to upload your docs and e-sign them. (Important Note: This functionality is not yet integrated with Realcomp’s online document storage program. So, you will need to continue uploading your listing documents through RCO3 to ensure MLS Subscribers can continue to access them as needed).

Additionally, with the Remine Pro features:

• You have access to all Remine features, including the ability to track up to 10,000 (versus 100) property or people notifications at a time; and more.

To activate your Remine account or to use the new Pro features, simply login through the Remine icon on the Realcomp Login Dashboard.
