How to Create a CMA in Remine Using MLS and Off MLS Properties

We know this is functionality you are going to love … the ability to create a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using BOTH MLS-related properties and those that were transacted outside the MLS (i.e. FSBOs). That’s right – Remine now enables you to leverage the massive amounts of data in the product to create comprehensive CMAs!

When you select the criteria for the comps you want to find, Remine searches for properties in two categories:
• MLS properties - Properties retrieved from Realcomp.
• Off MLS properties - Properties that were transacted outside of the MLS, which Remine detects by looking at deed changes and values associated with those deed changes.
